Three Irish tourism companies are in Kansas this week – taking part in a four-day ‘Meet in Ireland’ sales blitz, aimed at growing business tourism from the United States to Irel

The Irish group is meeting, and doing business with, top Kansas-based MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and events) professionals, who are all on the lookout for world-class and unique business tourism destinations.
Alison Metcalfe, Tourism Ireland’s Head of North America, said: “We are really pleased that so many influential Kansas-based MICE buyers are taking the time to meet with our Irish tourism partners, demonstrating their keen interest in Ireland as a business tourism destination in 2018 and beyond. The superb meetings, incentive and transport infrastructure around the island of Ireland make it a great choice for the business tourism market in the United States.”
