Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud, has posted  profit of €390,840 for 2017- up from the €210,458 it made in 2016, the 'Irish Examiner' reports..
The restaurant has been operating since 1981 and has already weathered five downturns. It had a major re-design in 2016.
