Art Hotel for market ?

Dublin's first 'street art' hotel is likely to be offered for sale in the near future.
Industry sources say that the 146-bedroom Hendrick hotel of Smithfield in Dublin is being offered for sale with a guide price between €45 million and €50 million.
 hendrick1219The Dublin Loft Company, which owns the hotel and is led by siblings Mark, Andrew and Kelly Cosgrave has commissioned Eastdil Secured to seek a purchaser for the property.
The Hendrick opened on May 27 of this year and features 259 works of art.
