Bill Connell

Bill Connell,  who has passed away was a distringuished hotel manager and later an educator at RTC Galway and GMIT.
A larger than life hotelier and lecturer at RTC Galway, he is fondly remembered by many generations of hoteliers.
 William Connell (Bill), of Cappaclough East, Camp, Tralee, Co. Kerry/Corcullen, Galway/Newry, Co. Down and GMIT, Galway died peacefully in the loving care of his family at Malaga Regional University Hospital, Spain.
He is survived  by his wife Kathleen, sons Ciarán and Seán, daughters Cliona Beaulieu and Aisling Snedker.
Reposing at home on this Thursday, 12 April, from 3 p.m. with rosary at 8 p.m. House private Friday morning. Requiem mass on Friday, 13 April, at 11 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Camp, Tralee. Followed by funeral to the New Cemetery, Camp, Tralee.
