Pizza profits grow

Profits at Ireland's biggest Domino's Pizza firm, Shorecal, grew to more than €7.2m last year. 
 Accounts for Shorecal, owned by Charles and Adrian Caldwell, show that a dividend of €5m was paid by the firm last year. That's on top of a €7.5m dividend in 2016.
Revenue at Shorecal jumped to €49.2m last year from €45.5m a year earlier.
Accounts for Shorecal also note that it had shareholder funds of €32.5m at the end of 2017.
 The company employs about 460 people, and paid €8.1m in wages last year.
