'Febvreuary' is Wine Month

Febvre Wine Company introduces FEBVREUARY – a month of wine discovery to last throughout February.  In the wine business in Ireland for over 50 years, Febvre has always been to the forefront of innovation.  Febvre now leads the way once again with the concept FEBVREUARY – a festival of wine events to take place all over Ireland over the four week period.  Febvruary is open to trade only or by invitation.
From its opening on Monday 2nd February, Febvre will be hosting FEBVREUARY portfolio tastings from Enniskillen to Killarney; Galway to Dublin and many places in between.
Various events throughout the month will include education and training for the trade; the recipe for wine by the glass success; masterclasses, vertical tastings and workshops; the six secrets of food and wine pairings with award-winning journalist and blogger, Fiona Beckett of as well as collaborations with business partners.
A bevy of top winemakers from Febvre’s carefully selected vineyards will be visiting during the month including representatives from France, Austria, Italy and Spain.  Meet many Principals from the French wineries on Monday 9th and enjoy a journey through the various vineyards before many of their compatriots arrive in Ireland for a rugby date and Valentine’s Day on Saturday 14th.
